I have spoken to the stores to let them know we are visiting.
I'm staying at Parklands Resort in a family suite. It's quite an economical option for 4 people.
Please book your own accommodation. Personally, I wouldn't pay for anything up front but if you do, please make sure that you are able to cancel at any time with no cost to you. Who knows when the world will turn pear shaped again?
I am driving and taking fellow travellers with me. Maybe ask in the group if you need a lift.

Thursday 16th
Travel to Mudgee via Fibre Frolic at Kurrajong. Meet at Fibre Frolic for some shopping and morning tea/lunch at the cafe attached to the store https://fibrefrolic.com.au/
Dinner in Mudgee followed by knit/crochet get together.
Friday 17th
Travel to Rylstone for a day of shopping at Convent and Chapel and main street stores https://conventandchapelwool.com/
Lunch at The Globe Hotel which is next door to Convent and Chapel. I've made a booking for midday and will need final numbers closer to the date. They are happy for us to use their bistro to sit and knit all day as long as we order food and drinks from their venue.
Back to Mudgee for dinner and knit/chat get together.
Saturday 18th

Lunch at a vineyard? I haven't organised anything but will do some research.
Dinner in Mudgee followed by, you guessed it, knitting and crochet get together.
Sunday 19th.
